Introduction
The Big Island Woodturners Club is a non-profit dedicated to educating its members and the public about woodturning. We complete our mission through bi-monthly membership meetings, club challenges, hosting visiting demonstrators, an Annual Exhibit, and free public woodturning demonstrations. Mark your calendars for March 4 - 31, 2011 ( except for March 11, 18, due to furlough Friday's)!
Opening Reception: Friday, March 4th , 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Held annually at the Wailoa Center Gallery in Hilo, Hawaii, our exhibit brings out the best works from our membership. With entries from woodturners from all over the island (including the West Hawaii Woodturners), the exhibit showcases a wide range of turning styles, techniques, and skill levels.
